JULY

1. Finished the work of the first phase of the cast-in-place pile

（1）Completed the 3 remaining cast-in-place piles in the first phase;

（2） Arrange the cement strength test of the cast-in-place pile in June;

（3）Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the cast-in-place piles completed in the first phase of the project.

2. The third quarter engineering conference

（1）Hold the third quarter engineering meeting with the general contractor, local supervision company and domestic design institute;

（2） In-depth communication on project progress, milestone plans, etc., And re-planning of projects for the next quarter, etc.

AUGUST

1. Steel sheet pile construction technology discussion and bidding

（1） Organize the construction and design units of Jiangsu Province, local civil engineering subcontracting and local engineering teams to conduct technical seminars and determine the construction plan for many times;

（2）After the plan is determined, the bidding work will be carried out, and a total of 12 local subcontractors will be invited to bid, and the background, technology, engineering, etc. of 16 subcontractors will be understood;

（3）Determine the specific construction subcontract, and immediately arrange the construction drawing design of the steel sheet pile project.

2. Notice of construction inspection and start construction of surrounding buildings

（1）Because the steel sheet pile construction will bring greater surface vibration and noise, it is necessary to conduct a building survey with the neighboring Admiral/Ocean Bay and other buildings before starting the construction, and conduct professional records, and send a formal start notification letter after completion.

SEPTEMBER

1. Steel sheet pile material procurement

（1）The price of steel fluctuates greatly this year, and steel procurement cannot start ahead of schedule. Procurement will start immediately after signing the construction subcontract at the end of August. It has been scheduled with a local major steel company in early September and the steel will be delivered to the project construction site in mid-September.

2. On-site construction and preparations for the start of construction in the next quarter

（1）Clean up the site and arrange for excavators and cranes to enter the site;

（2）Arrange for the entry of steel sheet piles and finalize the construction location of steel sheet piles, and issue design blueprints in time.
