On January 15, 2021, Mr. Wang Wei, the project director of Jiangsu Provincial Construction Group, Mr. Yang Jun, the general manager of the Philippines branch, and Mr. Ouyang, the project leader, and Mr. Cao Zhengquan, an executive representative of MetroCity, a local cooperative developer in the Philippines, launched the Manila’s Angela Apartments Project Engineering seminars.

    This meeting was the first engineering seminar meeting between the senior leaders of the two companies after the outbreak of the new crown epidemic. The meeting adjusted the implementation details and construction period of the Angela Apartments project at the current stage and the test pile inspection results.

    Angela Apartments is the first steel structure super high-rise residential project in Manila. Compared with the traditional reinforced concrete structure, the construction period is short and the earthquake resistance is strong. The planned construction period of the project is three years, divided into two parts: foundation engineering and steel structure engineering: the foundation engineering plan is 11 months, including pile foundation engineering, slope support engineering, foundation earthwork and basement engineering; upper steel structure engineering plan 24 Months, an average of 12 days to complete the first floor.

    Jiangsu Provincial Construction Group has rich experience in steel structure and super high-rise construction. At present, there are many super high-rise projects completed and under development in China, such as Nanjing Zifeng Building, Wuxi Greenland Central Plaza Project, Nanjing Effie International, Chuzhou Ming A batch of representative projects such as the development center.

    The Angela Apartments project is a key project of Jiangsu Provincial Construction Group's overseas deployment in the Philippines. It will serve as a benchmark product for subsequent projects in Manila, and it is believed that it will also become the new urban cover of the Manila Bay Area.
